Overview: Ridge relaxes by the Forrester pool and is surprised when he sees Alex arrive. She strips to her bathing suit and flirts with Ridge. She says that he is free game until he is married. Ridge pushes her away when she attempts to kiss him. Bill confesses to Margo that his father was a womanizer that cheated on his mother. Bill admits it's the reason he is so protective over Caroline as he saw how that pain destroyed his mother and he won't have that happen to Caroline. Bill later meets with Thorne and asks him to keep tabs on Caroline's involvement with Ridge. Bill feels Caroline will tell Thorne due to their close friendship. Caroline has another interview but again doesn't get the job. Desparate, she asks for any type of employment, but they turn her away. Caroline sobs at home when Bill comes over and she throws her arms around him.
